It is a fun way to raise funds!! You purchase a paddle for $2 and that is your number for winning potential prizes!!! A vendor will display what they are offering and say they say $.50 for item--if you want to win you place your $.50 in jar on table and then hold up your paddle number and they draw numbers and BAM it could be your lucky moment!!!
