On Saturday, November 16, 2024, The National Kidney Foundation of FL will host the Ft. Lauderdale Kidney Walk, the nation's largest event to raise awareness of kidney disease and funds to support lifesaving programs for patients, their families, and those at risk.The "FREE" walk will take place at Plantation Central Park, located at 9151 NW 2nd Street, Plantation, FL 33324. The 2.5 mile walk route is a beautiful setting around an expansive lake with a large fountain and tree lined walk path. Those who participate can also enjoy all of the park's amenities.
