Join us for the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance course on Preventive Controls for Human Food, and become a certified Preventive Control Qualified Individual (PCQI):

· Stay up to date with current Good Manufacturing Practices, Hazard Analysis, and Risk-based Preventive Controls for Human Food.

· Acquire knowledge on developing and implementing risk-based preventive controls.

· Follow a standardized curriculum recognized by the FDA with FSPCA Lead Instructors.

· Obtain an FSPCA Preventive Controls Qualified Individual certificate upon successful completion.

At the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance, you'll have the opportunity to network with industry professionals, learn about best practices in food safety, and gain valuable insights from FSPCA-trained Lead Instructors such as Dr. Xinhui Li from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse, Dr. Xu Yang from Cal Poly Pomona University.
