OPERA SARATOGA X COOKBOOK BOOK CLUB

Join FSM’s Cookbook Club for a movable feast of French classics. Chef Annette Tomei will demo and guide you through how to:
- Compose Your Own Nicoise Salad
- Build a Tartine
- Fill and Wrap Homemade Crepes with savory and sweet fillings
- Serve Yourself the Most Decadent Chocolate Dessert in the World: Smothered Brie (there’s chocolate involved)
Inspiration for this month’s Cookbook Club comes from My Paris Kitchen by David Leibovitz (discounted copy with advance ticket purchase), and Feasting and Fasting in Opera by Pierpaulo Polzonetti.
With a special live performance by Opera Saratoga singers, this afternoon of gastromusicology kicks off the summer season, while celebrating the tastes of love. Limited tickets available!
