Lisa is a graduate of Drexel University with Bachelor of Science degrees in both Civil and Architectural Engineering. She has her professional engineering license from Delaware state. She began her consulting engineering career at the AE firm, Ewing Cole in Philadelphia working on their first international project, a racetrack in Singapore. She worked in consulting firms Fluor, and Day and Zimmermann in the chemical and pharmaceutical divisions. She then transitioned to work as a quality control engineer at Unistress, a precast concrete manufacturer, engineering double tees, IT beams, and lite walls for parking garages throughout the Northeast, including the Boston and New York City markets.

At Bekaert, Lisa is the Regional Sales Engineer for the Southeast, covering ten states. She works with structural engineers to help them better understand the use of fiber reinforced concrete in their designs, identify best-suited applications, and aids engineers in specifying and detailing their projects. Additionally, she provides design recommendations and specification reviews to attain project goals including value engineering, sustainability studies, and cost savings.

Lisa resides in Charlotte, NC with her husband, two children, and golden retriever. Her hobbies are spending time with family and friends, traveling, playing tennis, and reading.
