Join us at Fringe Records NYC for a time-warping night of queer cinematic magic! This month, we’re celebrating the 50th Anniversary of The Rocky Horror Picture Show (1975)—the midnight movie that became a cultural phenomenon and one of the most enduring queer cult classics of all time.
A riot of glitter, fishnets, and rock ‘n’ roll rebellion, Rocky Horror invites us into the wild world of Dr. Frank-N-Furter and their fabulous cast of misfits. With its gender-bending, taboo-smashing energy and anthems that still bring down the house, the film has been uniting outsiders, dreamers, and pleasure-seekers for five decades. As Frank famously declares: “Don’t dream it, be it.”
✨ The evening kicks off with the Fruit Basket Open Mic at 7 PM, followed by the film screening at 8 PM on Monday, October 13th.
