My friend Janelle just went home to the Philippines to see her family and I’m going to pick her brain about all things vegetarian upon her return. Heck, maybe she’ll even come regale us with stories about her culinary adventures in the homeland. Imagine tofu adobo, ensaladang talong, sisig, tapa, tocino, and, of course, lumpia! I’ve never been to the Philippines and look forward to really learning about the culinary traditions of the country. So come cook, eat, and travel virtually with us!
