We Are Parma Proud is thrilled for the return of Frosty's Fest on Sunday, December 8th! ⛄️🎄The event will start with the Christmas Parade at 1 p.m. followed immediately by Frosty's Fest taking place at the Senior Center, where the festivities will continue until 4 p.m.
