Join us for our Frosty Indoor 5K, sponsored by FreeMotion, in support of our Annual Campaign. Proceeds from this event help provide financial assistance to individuals and families who benefit from our memberships and programs.Participants can complete the 5K by running or walking on treadmills, the indoor track, ellipticals, or outdoors along the trail. Upon completing the 5K, each participant will receive a special edition FreeMotion Frosty 5K medal.
