Have some fun in the midst of winter during our 2nd annual FrostFit Challenge. This is a team of 2 (m/m,f/f) functional fitness competition!About this Event
Grab a partner and join the competition! This event is designed for teams of 2 (male/male or female/female) to test their physical skills.
You pick your heat time when you register. Additional heat times will be added if necessary. All your WODs will be completed back to back in approximately 75 minutes.
Don't worry there will be built in rest :)
WODs will be released by December 1st, so be on the lookout.
