About this Event
Join us for a heartfelt FROST Remembrance Ceremony, an event part of Indy Pride's FROST: A Queer Winter Event Series! This is a dedicated space for our community to come together in grief and celebration. Led by a compassionate celebrant and in partnership with Indianapolis Queer Grief Community, this event will honor the memories of our loved ones who have passed, providing an opportunity for reflection, storytelling, and shared experiences.
This event will be Monday, December 9th from 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM at Indiana Landmarks Center (1201 Central Ave)!
As we gather, we invite community members to bring photographs, mementos, or written memories to commemorate those we’ve lost. Together, we will create a supportive environment where we can express our emotions, uplift one another, and celebrate the lives and legacies of our dearly departed.
This ceremony will include readings, moments of silence, and the sharing of stories, fostering connection and healing. Whether you wish to share your thoughts or simply listen, your presence will contribute to the warmth and strength of our community.
Let us honor our past, embrace our present, and support each other as we navigate the journey of remembrance. All are welcome, and together, we will create a meaningful tribute to those who will always hold a special place in our hearts.
This event is absolutely FREE!
