Reservation Notice:
Submitting this form does not secure your space. Your spot is officially reserved only after payment is received. Once your application is approved, I will send an invoice, and you will receive a confirmation message after payment is processed.
Daily Vendor Fee:
All fees are charged per day of participation.
Registration Includes:
Each registered vendor receives one adjustable 8 ft table, two chairs, and a parking pass. You may bring additional tables if needed. Please remember to bring your own tablecloth and an extension cord if you require electricity. Outdoor vendors must have a canopy.
Expected Foot Traffic:
Previous events have welcomed between 1,200 and 1,300 shoppers.
Application Requirements:
Please provide your business name, contact person, phone number, and a brief description of your products. No permits are required to sell at this event.
Vendor Expectations:
Treat customers and fellow vendors with respect. Make sure to clean up your booth after the event. Overnight setup is allowed and will be secure.
Payment Information:
Vendor fees are due upon approval. Delayed payments may result in your space being offered to another vendor. Please indicate your preferred payment method, the dates you plan to attend, and your desired booth size.
