Our events are big, like really big. So get the crew together, bring your housemates, hall mates, classmates, girlfriends, boyfriends and be ready for the ticket release as our events always sell out. It's the perfect opportunity to meet hundreds of fellow Freshmen.

We work closely with our hired venues to ensure the event will conform to all state and federal mandates regarding COVID-19.

Once purchased your ticket is non-refundable.
Must arrive before 23.00 // Have your ticket ready to scan when you arrive // You MUST abide by the coronavirus venue safety policy // Valid 17+ Photo ID must be present on entry // University Socials and the venue retain the right to refuse entry. // Please do not drink prior to entry. Anyone intoxicated will not be admitted.

*Tickets, Transfers and Refunds*
Tickets are non-refundable, unless in the event of cancellation. In the event of postponement, your tickets will still be valid and the event rescheduled at the earliest possible date.
*COVID-19 Policy*
Please bear in mind that according to federal or provincial policies, you may be required to complete a rapid flow coronavirus test at your own expense before entering the venue. This may require that you turn up to the venue at a predetermined staggered time in order to carry out the test. Any guests that refuse testing or that cannot provide a vaccine passport may be refused by the venue.
*Event Postponement*
If Covid-19 affects the event or any restrictions in place prevent the full event happening. Your ticket will still be valid even if the event is moved and we have to change our date. Should an event postponement take place your ticket will be 100% safe for a rescheduled date once state guidelines suggest it is safe to do so. This could be at any point up to twelve (12) months after the originally planned date.
*Event Cancellation*
If the event can not be rescheduled at any point because of Covid-19, meaning that we are no longer able to deliver an event (within 12 months of the intended date), then you will be entitled to a refund.
