Join us for our Frontline Leadership Development Programme to strengthen skills and develop an understanding of what great leadership looks like and its practical application within the business setting.
Over two interactive sessions, including facilitated DiSC profiling and 1 on 1 coaching, participants will gain insight into self-awareness, team dynamics, and effective leadership strategies. Expect to cultivate a positive team culture, enhance operational quality, and foster proactive leadership.
