About this Event
We’re getting ready to design our next strategy, which will drive our approach, direction and priorities for the next three years. As we take on commissioned services and work to end homelessness and rough sleeping, this plan will be critical to kick-starting our city-wide movement for change.
We know that staff working on the frontline have knowledge, skills and experience that are vital to informing the strategy, and your views are an essential voice we want to be reflected in our work.
We’ve heard at earlier Frontline Forum sessions that staff are interested in how their feedback will inform the work of the Alliance. This is an opportunity to directly influence the activities and approach of the Alliance for the next three years.
