About this Event
With over 1300 cheeses, France has the widest variety in terms of cheese families. Learn what they are, how they are made, and how to prepare the perfect cheese board by using a variety of colors, textures and milk types. For this class, we’ll be tasting and talking about five different cheeses from France, each one representing a region and a style of cheese. Voilà!
You will get:
- A welcome drink (this class is not BYOB).
- A guided tasting of five cheeses from different regions of France with a cheese expert.
In an effort to keep our guests safe, and in compliance with New York City’s vaccine mandate, all visitors must show proof of a COVID-19 vaccination with valid photo ID to join us for the class.
For proof of vaccination, you can use a CDC Vaccination Card OR a NYC COVID Safe App Or an Excelsior Pass (or Excelsior Pass Plus). A photo ID is required with all types of vaccination proof.
