This powerful workshop is designed to help you heal from toxic relationships, both with yourself and others, while guiding you through the deep inner work of reconnecting with your inner child.
Through a blend of meditation, sound healing, free dance, breathwork, shamanic practices, and root coaching, you will release painful emotions, discover and heal past traumas, and learn how to cultivate self-love and healthier relationships.
