Clare Tovey | Chief Operating Officer at Carbon Neutral Royalty

As Chief Operating Officer at Carbon Neutral Royalty, Clare has a wide range of responsibilities including strategy, managing portfolio of investments, marketing and communications.

Before joining CNR, Clare worked at Bain & Company for 13 years. As the Global Senior Manager of Bain’s Sustainability & Responsibility practice, she played a key leadership role in launching and growing this business for 6 years. She advised corporates across a range of sectors on their sustainability approaches including their strategy for achieving Net Zero.

Clare has also worked at PepsiCo, Poses Family Foundation and Bank of America, and has lived and worked in Tanzania and Nepal.

Edit Kiss | Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer at Integrity Global Partners

Edit is a seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience in the carbon markets. Currently, she serves as the Co-founder and Chief Commercial Officer at Integrity Global Partners, where she is responsible for overseeing corporate strategy and financing projects.

Her expertise spans the entire value chain of carbon markets, including project development and finance, origination, investment deal structuring and execution, and sales and trading. Throughout her career, she has worked in various financial institutions, carbon funds, and renewable energy companies across cities like London, Paris, Lugano, Rotterdam, and Budapest.

In addition to her role at Integrity Global Partners, Edit holds several other significant positions, including:

• Non-Executive Board Director of the Real Wild Estates, the UK's first rewilding business.
• Company Co-chair of the Natural Climate Solutions working group at the International Emissions Trading Association (IETA)
• Steering Committee Member and co-chair of the Biodiversity Credits Working Group at the Coalition for Private Investment in Conservation (CPIC).
• Senior Advisor to Revalue Nature and Expert Board Member of the Nature+ Accelerator Fund at Mirova.

Kerri Moss | Head of Partnerships at Impetus Carbon, serial entrepreneur

Kerri Moss started Impetus Carbon with a single-minded goal: to find financially sound and future-forward solutions to solve the sustainability challenge in aviation. Kerri was born and raised in a family full of aviators. She is a trained journalist, worked in advertising in NY and London for TBWA Chiat/Day and M&C Saatchi and then transitioned to Management Consulting. Kerri was chosen as an Ambassador by Lululemon in 2015 after teaching yoga and breathwork for many years.

In 2018, she founded her very own organic juice business in the South of France and established a brand-new supermarket category in France. In 2021, she found herself circling back to her roots and landed in aviation finance.

As a Mother of 4 daughters, Kerri is determined to teach by example. She works hard, loves people and challenges herself daily to remain authentic to her unique voice. We all have something magical to share with the world. The key is having the strength and courage to share it.

Ana Haurie | Co-Founder and CEO at Respira

Ana has over 30 years of experience in financial services and a detailed understanding of the alternative investment space across real assets and hedge funds, honed over fifteen years of leadership at Dexion Capital.

Ana co-founded Respira International in 2019 as an impact-driven carbon finance business. Its high-quality verified emissions reductions allow corporations and financial institutions to mitigate their environmental impact. Respira channels private capital into climate solutions, ensuring long-term relationships with trusted carbon project developers that enable its clients to use predominantly nature-based solutions to build sustainable, climate positive businesses.
