This interactive workshop is designed to help Chamber members cut through the noise around digital marketing and social media and gain practical clarity on how to show up online with confidence. Although framed around social media and digital visibility, the session is firmly business-first, with a clear focus on how online activity supports enquiries, sales and revenue — because visibility without commercial impact is of limited value to most businesses.
Rather than focusing on each individual platform and trends, the session helps participants understand how digital marketing works as a system, where social media fits within it, and how to use it in a way that feels manageable, purposeful and aligned with their business.
This is a practical, bring-your-laptop session, encouraging active participation, discussion and real-time application. Attendees will be guided to make decisions, test ideas and leave with clear actions they can implement immediately.
