Laurie Skantze is the President of Labyrinth Consulting, LLC, a unique firm that helps parents of children with complex educational and developmental needs. Labyrinth Consulting identifies each child’s strengths and challenges, creating customized plans to help them reach their full potential. Laurie’s diverse background includes finance, national security policy, and consulting with top companies like Merrill Lynch and IBM. She holds a bachelor's degree from Wellesley College and a master’s from Columbia University. Laurie’s varied experiences give her a deep appreciation for different thinking and working styles, recognizing that unconventional minds often drive innovation and success.

Kimberly Benefield David, MS is a Licensed School psychological and Provisional License Mental Health Counsellor with over 25 years of experience working with children aged 2-22. She specializes in psychological assessments, gifted testing, play therapy and behavior management, focusing on children with anxiety, ADHD, autism, emotional regulation, and social skills challenges. Kim has worked in school district like Milpitas Unified. Anna Arundel County, and Palm Beach Country and in private practice in Jupiter. She is also a trained 504 coordinator, consulting with parents on addressing medical needs in the both public and private schools.
