Join Michelle Llovet, yoga teacher and nutrition coach, from Mindful Movements for Life (@mindfulmovementsforlife) and Rachel Farmer, PA-C, yoga teacher, and health coach, from Rachel Farmer Wellness (@rachelfarmerwellness) for an afternoon of nervous system regulation.
This peaceful afternoon takes place on Mack's Farm, rooted in nature, where we we will take a grounding walk and farm tour, discuss ways to regulate the nervous system, flow through a restorative yoga session with a sound bowl savasana at the end, and end with journaling and intention setting as the sun begins to set. Plus enjoy snacks sponsored by Mezcla!
This 3.5 hour workshop is designed to shift you away from the hustle and bustle and into the stillness of peace. Walk away feeling refreshed and ready to conquer the upcoming week!
