In this safe, nurturing space, we will gently uncover and release the patterns that keep us buried — stress, self-criticism, or burnout — and create room for stillness, compassion, and renewal. Through mindful and embodied practices, you’ll learn to listen deeply to your own inner wisdom and to plant intentions that can take root long after the retreat ends.

Our journey will include:

• Mindfulness and meditation practices

• Reflective workshops and connection circles

• Somatic practices for release and grounding

• Conscious nourishment and renewal rituals

We’ll move through three phases:

🌿 Let Be — Rest in stillness, compassion, and presence
🌱 Seed — Plant new intentions and re-root in your authentic self
