In this class, we will:

• Discover the origins of coffee and how it has grown into the specialty beverage we all love today
  
• Hone your tasting skills with sensory exercises used by the best professional coffee tasters
  
• Travel around the world to understand the different flavors from many countries of origin
  

You will go home having a deeper appreciation for coffee, and a much better understanding of why you love the specific types of coffee you drink.
