Overview
This integrated daylong program brings together reflection and action in a single immersive experience. Educators will first engage in deep self-reflection on identity and positionality, then translate these insights into inclusive, transformative classroom practices.
By combining these two interconnected sessions into a single day, participants will:
- Explore how identity, lived experience, and positionality shape teaching philosophies and classroom dynamics.
- Move from introspection to action, co-creating strategies for inclusive, human-centred learning environments.
- Engage in transnational dialogue, fostering collaboration and shared practice between Indian and Australian educators.
This initiative aligns with the Melbourne Global Centre (MGC) – Delhi’s goals by supporting meaningful engagement, capacity building, and future research collaborations across institutions and disciplines.
