About this Event
<h5>
</h5>
In our second topic for the year we explore moving from reaction to response. This year we seek to understand how to use emotions as our guides for challenging times and we continue our journey with From Reaction to Response, How to shift your mindset to create more options. What are our patterns that form our reactions and what options do we have for more intentional responses?
We are blessed to have a global community working towards 1 billion people practicing emotional intelligence. Gathering in community and practicing emotional intelligence supports us, this time in growing our self management, another one of the foundational pillars of EQ. Last time we focused on our self awareness and we continue to build as we move into self management.
In this Café we will discover:
- What some of our typical reactions are and we will explore the patterns behind our reactions.
- What choices we have with shifting our patterns to move from reaction to response.
- An embodied experience of reaction vs response, what it looks and feels like.
Who: Anyone interested in learning about and practicing emotional intelligence – the learnable, measurable, scientifically validated skillset we all need to thrive.
What: Free interactive workshop
