Join us for a welcoming and empowering women’s health event designed to create open, honest conversations about women's health and wellbeing across life stages.
Many women feel anxious, unheard, or overwhelmed in healthcare settings. This event is designed to be different; community-led, culturally sensitive, and focused on empowerment; helping you understand your body and your options in a way that feels safe and respectful.
On the evening attendees will be provided with clear, practical information, holistic wellbeing guidance, and a supportive space for women to learn, ask questions, and feel more confident about their health. Whether you’re experiencing changes in your body, supporting others, or simply want to understand your health better, this event is for you.
No medical knowledge is needed, just come as you are. Doors open from 16.30 to allow for networking and a community based market

- Menopause and midlife health
- Pelvic health and bladder health
- Holistic and lifestyle approaches to wellbeing
