A four-week growth-focused program for small business owners ready to strengthen systems, diversify income, and build a business that doesn’t rely on them doing everything.
From Pop-Up to Sustainable Growth is a four-week program for business owners who have momentum, but are starting to feel the strain of growth. Maybe you’re selling consistently through pop-ups, online, services, wholesale, or a physical space, but you’re stretched thin, relying on one main revenue stream, or finding that everything still runs through you.
This program is designed to help you step back, look at the bigger picture, and make intentional decisions about how your business grows. Each week focuses on a different growth lever, helping you identify opportunities, put better systems in place, and build something that can support you long-term.
After each weekly session, participants are invited to stay for an optional mentor hour. Two Bloom staff members will be available to answer questions, talk through challenges, and offer hands-on, business-specific feedback.
What We’ll Cover
From Pop-Ups (or One Revenue Stream) to Sustainable Growth Take a clear look at what’s working and what may be holding you back. We’ll evaluate pop-ups, services, retail, online sales, and in-store revenue through a sustainability lens so you can focus your energy where it actually makes sense.
Revenue Diversification & Growth Paths Explore realistic ways to grow beyond a single income stream, including wholesale, retail partnerships, consignment, services, digital products, and e-commerce. You’ll assess which options align with your goals, capacity, and business, not just what sounds good on paper.
Operations, Production & Systems for Growth Learn how to grow without everything becoming chaotic. We’ll cover types of operational systems, tools, and chat about small-scale production considerations that support growth for both product- and service-based businesses.
Website, E-Commerce & Sales Beyond In-Person We’ll focus on practical website and e-commerce strategies that support product, service, and brick-and-mortar businesses to strengthen your online presence.
Leadership & the Mindset Shift Growth requires a shift from doing everything yourself to building something that can run without you. We’ll talk through delegation, outsourcing, and making decisions as a business owner, not just a maker or service provider.
