About the presenter: Sarah Michaels is the Director of Environmental Health at the Champaign-Urbana Public Health District. In her role, Sarah oversees the well-being of residents of Champaign-Urbana and Champaign County. Her work includes managing the Environmental Health programs for food safety, private water wells, onsite wastewater control, mosquito and tick surveillance, and body art. She has been with the district for over 30 years and has extensive experience in plan review.
