Adapted from Susan Hill's famous novel of the same name The Woman in Black premiered as a play at Scarborough's Stephen Joseph Theatre in 1987 and went on to achieve national and international fame.

Theatre atchivest Simon Murgatroyd will draw back the curtain on the history of the play, how it came to be adapted from its source material and its journey from opening night in Scarborough to the West End and beyond.

Simon's talks are always very poplular. Tickets are free but booking is essential due to limited space.
