About this Event
Are you tired of hearing all those negative internal stories that hold you back in dating
and relationships? You know the ones. The thoughts that criticize your body. The
internal dialogue that you're too much this or not enough that. Those inner critical
thoughts about your sexuality or being LGBTQIA+. Or, that painful story that you're
unlovable.
Regardless of where those stories came from (your family-of-origin, religious
upbringing, former partners)…Are you ready to let those stories go?
If you are, join us for an empowering workshop that will transform how you approach
your self and your relationships. Explore clear, evidence-based strategies to overcome
shame, build authentic connections, and cultivate a mindset that attracts the love you
deserve. Don’t miss this opportunity to reclaim your dating story, and let your heart
open authentically in relationships. Step into a new chapter of self-confidence and
meaningful connections!
In this workshop you'll learn:
-to distinguish shame from guilt, and why it matters
-a step-by-step process for dialing down shame stories when they arise
-how to show up for yourself and your partner(s) with greater presence
...and we'll have fun along the way...
