This workshop guides women through an inner journey-from connecting with their inner child to embodying the compassionate wisdom of the Divine Feminine Self. Using an IFS lens, participants will meet parts of themselves that carry pain, protection, and strength, and begin to release burdens shaped by personal history and societal expectations of womanhood.$30.00 can be sent via EMT to [email protected] Password QWWC Please put Inner Child workshop in memo line.
Our facilitator, Erin is a relational, trauma-focused Psychotherapist who helps women reconnect with their inner strength and self-trust. Her work centers on understanding and deeply transforming the hidden parts of ourselves that have learned to protect or hold pain. Grounded in an awareness of the ways historical and societal expectations have shaped women’s experiences, she supports women in reclaiming their voices, softening self-blame, and stepping into authentic empowerment and wholeness.
Erin is a Registered Psychotherapist who has been working with trauma, eating disorders and addictions for 10 years. A woman, a mother and an experiencer of trauma, Erin focused her work on understanding why our unhealthy patterns make perfect sense and how to bring them into alignment so they protect rather than harm.
