RACHEL DE THAMPLE is joining us to talk bees, honey and ferments after her latest book Bees and Honey, from River Cottage Handbook Series.
She is joined by DR CAROLINE GILMARTIN PhD and JO WEBSTER in exploring the alchemical ferments and medicine we can make with honey.
We are supported in this event by Black Bee Honey who will share with us their ethos and practices of sustainable honey production in the UK.
This a full day event with panel, honey laden lunch by Rachel and demo on how to make honey ferments, Jun (honey kombucha) and a honey based oxymel!
We finish with a Q&A and book signing!
