From Fragments to Form: The Art of Collage
Come join us for our first Level Up workshop at the Leadership Lab this fall! Wesleyan Art Professor Dennis Applebee will lead us in how he carefully considers priciples and elements of design to create collages. The workshop fee covers the cost of all materials and tools for and participants will leave with a work of art to be proud of! This process can also be deeply meditating and meaningful.
Dennis Applebee is a Professor of Art at Wesleyan College in Macon, GA where he teaches drawing, printmaking, and graphic design. Before moving to Macon, Dennis worked as a graphic designer and was a partner in a web development firm. He received his Master of Fine Arts in printmaking from The Ohio State University and his Bachelor of Fine Arts in printmaking from Illinois State University. He works primarily in collage, printmaking, and drawing.
