FOUNDATIONS TRACK — Zouk from Zero
New to Brazilian Zouk or looking to solidify the basics? This track is your invitation to start strong.
Over 6 weeks, you’ll learn:
- Core Zouk steps and rhythms
- Fundamental partner connection and communication
- Body awareness, balance, and movement quality
- How to feel comfortable and confident social dancing
No partner or prior dance experience needed—just curiosity and a willingness to move. By the end of the series, you’ll have a solid foundation and the confidence to step onto the social dance floor with ease.

FLOW TRACK — Refining the Basics & Head Movement
For experienced dancers ready to add depth, fluidity, and expression to their Zouk.
In this track, we’ll focus on:
- Safe, clear, and musical head movement
- Integrating flow seamlessly into foundational patterns
- Improving timing, body mechanics, and connection
- Expanding your expressive range without sacrificing comfort or safety
You’ll leave with tools to add flow naturally throughout your dance—enhancing both your technique and your partnership.
Prerequisites: Comfort with pião, linear basic with direction changes, viradinha, lateral, and lunge with a simple turn.

Thursdays: January 15-February 19
8:30–9:30 PM – Progressive Class (Foundations or Flow Track)
9:30–10:00 PM – Guided Practica (included)
💵 PRICING
