From Ex-Wife to Extraordinary: 3 ways to own your post-divorce glow up!

This is a workshop to empower you to embrace the shifts that lie ahead and help you take the first steps forward. My only requests are that you accept your responsibility in your forward momentum and growth, be open, and ALLOW for the idea that this is a pivotal & opportunistic moment for you to 'Glow-Up' and rise as the best version of you yet, and this workshop will invigorate you to do so!
We'll begin by exploring what a post-divorce identity shift is, overcome 4 commonly held self- defeating post-divorce beliefs (as well as uncover and dispel your own), and I'll share 3 strategies for embracing the shift into the new you.
From there, we'll engage in energetic movement & release via a short and gentle all-levels yoga flow where I'll settle you in for a guided immersive meditation experience to aid you in self-sourcing insights & realizations.
We'll end with journaling and completion of the provided workbook.
No experience necessary. This workshop is best for women who've experienced a divorce or break- up and are sitting in the dust of its ashes, ready to move on, whether 3 months or 3 years since the split.
What to bring:
Yoga mat, journal, hydration and anything to be COZY! Wear clothes suitable for movement but also bring a blanket and/or socks if you are one that tends to get chilly. DO NOT go out and buy a journal if you don't have one and don't want to. I will be providing a workbook for the event, and you can jot down your thoughts and notes on there.
