About this Event
As the season turns and the pace of the year slows, join Tay of Fringe Pilates for From Dust to Dust — an evening of mindful movement, ritual, and reflection designed to help you return to center.
This 90-minute gathering weaves together grounding practices from several healing traditions: we’ll begin with a Colombian hape inhalation, led by a member of The Alchemist’s Kitchen team, to help participants connect deeply with breath and body. From there, Tay will guide a slow, intentional mat Pilates session focused on stability, release, and mindful strength. The evening closes with a cup of Ayurvedic hot cocoa, inviting warmth, gratitude, and rest.
Come ready to move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself — and to honor the beauty of slowing down.

Tay Milburn is the founder and owner of Fringe Pilates, a Brooklyn-based studio rooted in community, inclusivity, and the belief that movement is a pathway to self-connection. After years of teaching and healing through her own Pilates practice, Tay built Fringe to serve those who love and heal on the fringes of mainstream wellness culture — a space where everyone, regardless of background or body type, can move with confidence and care.
Her teaching blends technical precision with soulful grounding, encouraging students to tune inward while finding strength and freedom through breath and flow. When she’s not teaching, Tay continues to grow Fringe’s impact through collaborations with local artists, cafés, and community spaces that make movement accessible beyond the studio walls.
