This in-person, hands-on workshop is built for SaaS, AI, and product-led tech companies that want customers who stick around long after the onboarding glow wears off. Participants will work on their own tech brands throughout the session. Using Deb's Irrational Loyalty framework, attendees will hack Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs to identify the emotional drivers behind adoption, retention, and advocacy. You will uncover what your users are actually buying beyond features, workflows, and dashboards.
Through the Ideal Customer Archetype exercise, participants will define the customer their product is built to serve and who it should confidently ignore. The workshop concludes with Deb's three Brand Swagger questions, creating a clear, differentiated brand narrative that strengthens product messaging, clarifies go-to-market strategy, and sharpens investor and sales conversations.
