2025年9月13日至16日，FAPA舉辦了史上最大規模的「全國倡議大會(NAC)」！此次活動共聚集來自16州及華府、24個分會的112位參與者，透過為期四天的培訓與行動，攜手推動美台關係。在27位倡議隊長的帶領下，與會者前往國會山莊，拜訪了超過100個國會辦公室，傳達FAPA的立場與訴求。
會議結束後的隔天（9月17日），FAPA推動的兩項重點法案——《台灣盟友基金法案》與《對台六項保證法案》——在美國眾議院外交委員會順利通過！其中一位國會辦公室更特別感謝FAPA華府倡議團隊主動提醒該法案的重要性，充分展現FAPA草根倡議的實質影響力！
我們邀請您一起來聽FAPA執行長蕭喬勻分享在倡議工作中的第一手策略及觀察。她將分享FAPA如何在國會推動法案、接下來的立法重點，以及您也能如何成為推動美台關係的重要力量。
FAPA麻州分會團隊也將分享他們的倡議經驗——在這次會議中，他們拜訪了麻州11位國會議員中的8位，持續以草根行動累積實際的影響力。

"From DC to MA: FAPA’s Grassroots Advocacy" — Be Part of FAPA’s Advocacy Momentum!
Dear Members and Friends,
From September 13–16, 2025, FAPA held its largest-ever National Advocacy Conference (NAC) — uniting 112 participants from 24 chapters across 16 states and D.C. for four days of learning, strategy, and action to strengthen U.S.–Taiwan relations. Guided by 27 dedicated Advocacy Captains, participants fanned out across Capitol Hill and met with more than 100 Congressional offices to share FAPA’s message.
Just one day after NAC concluded, two of FAPA’s legislative priorities — the Taiwan Allies Fund Act and the Six Assurances to Taiwan Act — advanced through the House Foreign Affairs Committee. One Congressional office even thanked FAPA’s DMV team for flagging the Six Assurances to Taiwan Act — a powerful example of the impact of our grassroots advocacy!
Join us to hear the behind-the-scenes story directly from FAPA Executive Director Chiao-Yun Anny Hsiao, who will share how FAPA drives change on Capitol Hill, what’s next for our legislative priorities, and how you can play a key role in shaping the future of U.S.–Taiwan relations.
You’ll also hear reflections from our Massachusetts Chapter team, who met with 8 of the 11 Members of Congress from the MA delegation — proving that local voices truly can make a national impact.
