About this Event
Welcome to the From Chaos to Calm In-Person ADHD Coaching Workshop on Sat Nov 30 2024, at 09:30 AM in The BLOCK Plymouth!
Are you tired of feeling overwhelmed and scattered due to ADHD? Join us for a day of breathwork, sound energy, and learning of practical strategies, tips, and tools to help you navigate the chaos and find calm.
The workshop is designed for up to 16 participants, ensuring an interactive and calming experience. You will be engaged in tasks and short coaching activities and have resources to support you that you can take away and use repeatedly!
Our experienced neuro-divergent coach, Faraday Fearnside, will guide you through the coaching session. The day starts with a breathwork session to regulate the nervous system and set you up for the day. Various coaching and group activities will be provided throughout the day, with group discussions to support your journey towards a more focused and calmer life.
The workshop will finish with a calming sound bath with sound therapist Sophie Rowe (who has been diagnosed with ADHD!). See below for further details.
As a bonus, if you sign up for this workshop in Plymouth, you will be enrolled in the six-week online coaching programme From Chaos to Calm—ADHD Online Coaching. This includes six months of access to the programme and access to meditations, strategies, and blogs on the Why Not Thrive! Community.
When you sign up for the workshop, you can access a private Facebook group to support your journey and share thoughts, ideas, and strategies. The group can be accessed via this link: ADHD: From Chaos to Calm.
Don't miss this opportunity to connect with others who understand your struggles and take the first step towards a more peaceful mind.
We hope to see you there!

Sound Bath
Sound therapist Sophie was diagnosed with ADHD and came to work with sound through her work with the elderly. She discovered its potential for calming the nervous system, and its powerful effects for her benefit have been profound.
Training with Don Conereaux, Debbi Walker, and Alchemy of Sound London, Sophie uses a mix of Gong, Tuning Forks, Bowls, and other instruments to create a soundscape that deeply relaxes and calms and enables you to tap into what is needed at that moment. We are all energy and vibration; by utilising nature's frequency, we can entrain ourselves to raise our vibrations.
Come with an open heart and mind, and let the sounds do the rest. We need to do nothing but surrender. Please bring everything you need to make yourself comfortable. It would help to have at least one pillow, blanket, eye pillow or something to cover your eyes with, water and mat. More should you need it to feel comfortable on the floor. (if you do not have a mat or pillow, these can be provided. Please email [email protected] to request)
If you would like to discuss the sound bath before coming, please email Sophie [email protected]
