About this Event
From Beliefs to Behaviors: Practicing Inclusive Leadership
A Workshop with Mike Krause - coach, consultant, and strategist
Have you ever noticed how various pressures and uncertainty pull us into familiar ways of thinking and reacting - ways that feel protective in the moment, but can quietly shape who feels included or excluded?
Inclusive leadership rarely breaks down because leaders lack values or skills. More often, it breaks down because pressure, uncertainty, and perceived complexity pull us into automatic ways of thinking, feeling, and responding while also forgetting that we have a choice.
Participants will explore how to stay grounded in both individual and collective values while engaging diverse perspectives, navigating disagreement, and leading in complex environments without abandoning themselves or others in the process.
This session is designed for leaders who want to move beyond good intentions and build the capacity to lead with intention, consistency, and inclusion especially when it matters most.
