🖼️ Michael Bever Art – A Chicago-based artists and Army Ranger veteran, Michael’s work explores the emotional power of color. Through bold, expressive forms, he invites viewers to pause, feel, and reflect.
🖼️ Mario Lopez – A wounded warrior and talented artist. His style is eclectic, colorful and often abstract. He has been featured in art shows around the country. He sustained burns to over 54% of his body and lost his right arm, vision in his right eye and four fingers on the left hand. Mario began his artistic endeavor as a healing therapy during his recovery. Mario’s passion is to bring hope to our wounded Veterans and community in general.
🖼️ Jerry Loza – A Marine Corps veteran and lifelong Chicagoan, Jerry creates vivid digital art inspired by his city, culture, and service. Using just his phone and a stylus, he transforms personal experience into bold visual stories—proving that art heals, connects, and empowers.
🖼️ Ramona Pozek – A multi-discipline artist, Army veteran, and advocate, Ramona brings powerful stories to life across film, theater, and visual art. Her dynamic career reflects a passion for creativity, empowerment, and meaningful connection.
🖼️ Anna Nothnagel – A Navy veteran and eco-conscious mixed media artist, Anna blends digital, natural, and repurposed materials to explore harmony in design. Through her work and teaching, she champions art as a tool for healing and sustainability.
🖼️ Tom Robinson - A Navy veteran and Chicago art scene innovator for over 30 years, Tom works across painting, sculpture, and wood mosaic to explore the human form. His bold use of color and texture transforms materials into graceful abstractions - work that reflects both artistic vision and a builder's precision.
This event is hosted by New Century Art Guild, an organization dedicated to helping veterans heal, grow, and thrive through the arts. All proceeds support veteran artists and creative programs that empower them.
And presented by Bravida Medical, an organization redefining what’s possible in wound care and infection prevention, with a portfolio of transformative products and technologies that are clinically proven to deliver uncompromising freedom and protection.
