Originally laid out during the Mughal reign Sundar Nursery later became a botanical treasure trove part of the British development of Imperial Delhi. Home to a wide variety of indigenous plants and trees it remains a green oasis amidst Delhi’s urban sprawl.
Our heritage walk conducted in Hindi will take you on a journey through history as we explore the Mughal monuments British-era botanical wonders and the garden’s transformation over time. Led by Bonny Kusari a passionate heritage enthusiast this walk offers an opportunity to experience Delhi’s history and nature in a unique setting.
