Join the Jewish Museum of Florida-FIU and the Steven J. Green School of International & PublicAffairs for this exciting presentation that explores the evolution of Jewish-Israeli cuisine, tracing its roots from ancient traditions to the contemporary culinary scene. We will take an anthropological approach to examine how Israel's culture and society shape food practices and, in return, how food practices shape Israel.
