What to expect:
Ishra and Laurin will guide you through a truly immersive and delightful experience, traveling the worlds of the ether realms. Together we will explore:
- Discussion - finding parallels with the inter-connected rhythms of the Sabbats, life, the feminine and the elements.
- Yoga and breathwork - liberating your physical body through gentle, rhythmic yoga flows, while deeply attuning to your energy body using breath and intention
- Movement Exploration - learning intuitive and deeply embodied dance movements and phrases, keys to anchor you on your journey
- Guided Moving Meditation - beautifully crafted transformative meditation, visiting otherworldly realms, accompanied by the backdrop of gorgeous, transcendental live sound and singing
- Sound Bath - soak in nurturing channeled music and vibrations to soothe, and integrate our experience
- Journaling and sharing circle
