In this beginner's needle felting class you'll be learning to sculpt a roly poly frog out of wool roving. You'll learn how to create a core shape, wrap it with roving, and begin basic needle felting. You'll then learn how to create round shapes for eyes, and techniques for adding whatever details you choose. Needle felting is an easy-to-learn technique and is not difficult. This fun craft just takes time and lots of poking with a barbed needle which tangles the fibers together, in order to shape and sculpt the natural fiber.Come see what you can create with a needle and some fiber ... good stress relief too!

All materials are included in class fee, as well as felting tools and foam to work on in class.
