I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer at age of 5 and am a proud Ambassador for the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation (OCRF).
Around 1,815 Australians are diagnosed with ovarian cancer each year. With no early detection test & vague symptoms, just 49% of people with ovarian cancer will survive five years from diagnosis.
The OCRF funds vital research to save women's lives. Frocktober is the OCRF's biggest fundraiser and all funds raised go directly into promising ovarian cancer research in Australia & New Zealand across four key priorities: treatment, managing recurrence, early detection and prevention.
Join us in saying "Frock You" to ovarian cancer in our sixth "Frocktober in the Ballroom".
