Hi all! Come out and join the Frisco weekly ruck. We do a 20 minute AMRAP-style workout at 6:05, and a 3 mile ruck starting at 6:30. Join for the workout, the ruck, or both!All fitness levels welcome - everything I plan is scalable and beginner-friendly, but can easily be ramped up. I typically have at least one extra ruck if you’re new to it and would like to try out a ruck before investing. If there’s anything you’re training for, let me know, and I can add in a few things to help!
We usually grab a bite afterwards - all are welcome and there are some fun places in the area!
