FRIGHT NIGHT kicks off with the first-ever adaptation of the 1985 Stephen King story "The Monkey". Directed by Spencer Sherry, the 60-minute film was shot right here in the Capital Region with a predominately local cast and crew. Three days after it premiered, it was announced that a second apadaptation was in the works - this time by Hollywood horror icons James Wan and Osgood Perkins. The local adaptation screening (Noon) is free and open to the public. To join us in shamelessly comparing of the two films, you can purchase a ticket to the subsequent 2pm screening of the Hollywood version, here: https://ticketing.useast.veezi.com/purchase/85896?siteToken=5k5yagjx9y2t1qfx32j10cwq40
