CALLING ALL TRIBE MEMBERS!! IT'S DINNERTIME!
In the past, the holidays’ have been a time to connect with those you consider to be part of your Tribe. The pause, at the end of a vigorously active harvest season, where you (and your tribe members) reaped the bounty of efforts laid out and planted in the past spring.
Now with winter arriving, the days begin to shorten and we start to enter hibernation mode. The holidays provide us a chance to reconnect with loved ones and nourish our souls with human connection while our stockpiled harvest nourishes our physical bodies.
THIS IS A POTLUCK STYLE DINNER:
After spending 4 years traveling across the globe, one of the things I miss most are the nights spent around the hostel or village kitchen table, sharing stories with locals and/or travelers. If you have not been to an event like this… don’t be shy. It is a great opportunity to meet awesome people!
PLEASE BRING: One "main course" type dish to be shared. If you have a favorite dish from your ethnic background or something you find tasty, others will love it too. Desserts and beverages also encouraged but we can't make a meal from them alone.
COST: There is no cost. Just a casual & friendly get-together. Dinner will start at 6pm, BUT FEEL FREE TO STOP BY ANYTIME, this is a very informal event. We will cap the evening around 10pm.

His adventure highlights traveling through 40+ countries include: driving 18,000 miles from Cape Town, South Africa to Cairo, Egypt (crossing the entire continent of Africa), hitchhiking from China to Germany, backpacking the Great Wall of China, hitchhiking across Canada, joining a SCUBA survey of sunken World War II shipwrecks in the Philippines, hitchhiking the continent of South America (South to North), climbing to Mt. Everest Basecamp (w/ the French summit team), hiking the Appalachian Trail and visiting all 50 US States.

LAUREN LYMAN: Working in healthcare for several years, Lauren became frustrated with the rules and limitations placed on helping people. Lauren practiced as an Occupational Therapist in a hospital setting, improving the independence of some while helplessly watching others hang on by a thread. During her journey to find more holistic health solutions for her family, Lauren discovered the energetic world. She learned how to listen to the body, mind, spirit, and environment to uncover health solutions. With the right combination of knowledge and intuition, Lauren was able to achieve a new level of health and wellness. Now, she is devoted to helping others do the same.
Lauren's passion is helping people unapologetically and boldly live their Truth, improve their relationships with themselves and those around them, and help people build a strong family unit to change the way we view the world. Lauren believes if we love ourselves, live our Truth, and spread love and light throughout the world, we can create a bright future for our families.
