Description
Whether you are traveling for the holidays and want to set aside some time for a wonderful seasonal meal with friends or just want to try out some new recipes before the big day, join us for a festive meal filled with seasonal ingredients. You'll improve your knife skills as you create a tart and palate cleansing salad filled with apples, arugula, and sesame seeds; roast an turkey breast; that has been slathered with herbs and butter; produce a sage, bread and pork dressing; bake a sweet potato casserole with a crispy sorghum syrup and peanut topping; and combine cranberries with cardamom, cloves, and cinnamon, resulting in an aromatic relish to garnish your plate. After the last dish is out of the oven, you and your friends will sit down to enjoy the meal. And we'll do the dishes!
For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine that has been paired with your meal.
